SHIKOKU-ND Master Series is the line of world’s first, high-speed noodle filling systems developed through SHIKOKU’S extensive experience as a leading pioneer in the food packaging industry. The machines are specially designed to package dried noodles and soup ingredients into pre-formed cups or bowls for popular instant food products, such as ramen noodle snacks. To ensure the best quality of the final products, the ND Master models come with “Soft-Touch” conveyers to protect dried noodles from breaking. The machines are capable of handling various sizes of containers from tall narrow cups to wide shallow bowls with replaceable retainer plates for quick size change to provide convenience to operate up to two different sizes with one machine.
